If your product was sent by us, to your mailing address; and it was stolen or not in the package... we are not responsible and will not resend you another product Unless you have purchased the mailing insurance on your items. However, if you recieved your package and it was unlawfully broken, or something is wrong with your product (Please send photos of the broken jar to: info@simplycbdpittsburgh.com) we will gladly send you a new product!

I would highly advise purchasing our Mail Insurance so you don't run into any issues with stolen mail; The choice is yours!
